SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

Deliveries, unless otherwise agreed, are made with shippers chosen by Hair Gallery or its delegate. The goods travel at our own risk. In case of theft or loss, Hair Gallery agrees to send a new product and, if the same is unavailable and/or out of stock, it will propose a different product with equivalent characteristics. The customer has the right not to accept this new product and request the issue of a credit note for the product.


If the carrier is chosen by the Customer, the goods will be transported entirely at the risk and responsibility of the Customer, from the moment the goods are removed from Hair Gallery’s premises until destination. In this case, the Customer may claim directly against the Carrier in the event of damage or loss occurring during transport.


The goods shall be paid by Credit Card, Bank Transfer or via PayPal. If payment is made by credit card, the amount is not charged immediately but only when the order is dispatched by Hair Gallery, and only for the products actually sent. For privacy reasons, for orders purchased with PayPal, the valid delivery address will be the one registered in the PayPal account.

Delivery times are purely indicative: about 2 working days for Italy (except for Sicily and Sardinia, where delivery is expected within 48/72 working hours) from receipt and payment of the order; 5–8 working days for Europe and 5–7 working days for the rest of the world from the date of the order. Delivery times may vary due to force majeure, traffic conditions, or actions by authorities.


Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliveries take place during office hours and on business days only: from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
In case of mistakes in your order, delivery issues, or if you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request a free return or a refund within 14 days from the date you receive the order.
Shipments


To receive products quickly and without problems, and to avoid delays due to storage, we recommend indicating an address where you are present most of the day (for example, your workplace) or where a trusted person can collect the package.
In this case, it is necessary to indicate, in addition to your personal details, the name of the place of delivery or the name of the person responsible for collecting the package. For accurate and punctual delivery, we also recommend always providing a working mobile phone number.


Despite these precautions, if your shipment is placed in storage for any reason, Hair Gallery customer care will be available to provide new delivery instructions to the courier.


We cannot guarantee delivery times, as many variables may affect them and are not attributable to Hair Gallery (such as strikes, weather conditions, special holidays, etc.). Therefore, delays do not entitle the customer to compensation.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs can be estimated in the cart by selecting the destination Country and are calculated at Checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING WITH CUSTOMS

For all orders from countries with customs, any customs fees, taxes and import duties will be charged to the customer once the delivery arrives at its destination and passes through the relevant customs. All costs arising from these operations will be charged to the person receiving the delivery. Hair Gallery is not able to communicate in advance nor is it responsible for any additional costs arising from these operations or any documentation required as customs fees/practices vary greatly from country to country. We therefore suggest that you contact your customs office before placing your order so that you are informed of any costs and you will not be surprised when you receive your order.

CANARY ISLANDS
We do not ship to the Canary Islands.

For maximum safety of your purchases, all shipments are insured at our expense.
